This Is a Test...

This is an attempt to post to the blog directly from our email account.  If this works, it will be a great way to post to the blog when we are in China through the back door (seeing as how the front door is blocked by 'Big Red.')  One week from tomorrow we are out of here!!!  :)

Holy crap, it worked!!! The only issue will be not being able to insert the pics between the text of the post where you want them. But it will be better than nothing!

It was E Z. Just go into your dashboard, then into Settings, then into Email. Make a note of the email that you have to send your info to and change the section to 'post automatically' (instead of save as a draft) and then Save the Changes. Then you are ready to rock and roll.

I found your blog from chinaadoptionsites.blogspot.com. Congratulations on your travel plans! Which agency are you with?

I live in China (but am currently emailing you from Spokane, WA) and have developed www.chineseforparents.com for families who are getting ready to travel. You are probably frantically getting ready to go, but you may find the program very interesting.

Email me if you have questions.

Sincerely,
Grant Pemberton

Hi, Jenn! Thanks for sharing your blog with our Yahoo group. What an adorable family you have! I'm glad you figured out how to do the remote posting thing. You probably figured it out a lot faster than I did!
I'll follow your blog on your trip. I hope you have a safe and wonderful trip getting your adorable Meili. BTW, love your 100 Good Wishes quilt. I'm hoping to finish mine this week!

It worked great for me when posting in China. The only thing was sometimes I wasn't able to post only a picture or two because the internet was so sloooooow!

One week.....WHOO-HOOO!
